Barry Meickles

In the summer of 2020, while still an apprentice, Barry saw for the first time a mobile barbershop in operation in Florida. He knew right then that a mobile shop was what he wanted to do, even though they weren’t legal at the time in South Carolina. In May of 2021, legislation was passed and mobile shops were approved to take to the streets of SC. Several months later, after a lot of blood, sweat and tears, Barry finished restoring a dilapidated 2001 Ford E-450 to like new condition.
